Use commitment strategies to support therapeutic engagement while assessing readiness and stage of change. Support youth in developing and sustaining pro-social self-regulation of mental health symptoms and related behaviors. Self-monitor and complete progress/contact notes aligned with treatment goals and policy. Liaise with internal and external collaterals and participate in interagency/team meetings. Work in both office-based and community-based settings as required. Work some evenings per week based on client needs
