Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA) Job Duties Job Duties We are seeking a Research Associate to support a research project exploring the mental health challenges faced by large animal veterinarians in rural Saskatchewan.
The successful candidate will: assist with conducting and scheduling interviews with rural veterinarians, recruiting study participants, reviewing and organizing qualitative data, data analysis, contributing to reports, presentations, and manuscript writing.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) Undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate) in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or related discipline.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Interest in mental health, rural health, or veterinary research.
Experience with qualitative research is an asset.
