Direct Support Professional- Nepean

This posting is for a Full-time (35-40 hour) Flex Direct Support Professional. It requires morning and evening shift work rotation and every other weekend with occasional Night shifts. Initially, this position will most likely work evenings and alternate weekends. Salary range is $24.20 - $26.82 Behavior intervention experience is required Applications must be received by June 11, 2026.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.

• Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related field
