Provide call-in or back-fill support to individuals, assisting them with activities of daily living. Work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver services based on the organization's service principles and protocols.
Candidates should have preferred experience in mental health, behavioral interventions, dual diagnosis, or developmental disabilities. Applicants must demonstrate respect and courtesy in dealings with stakeholders and persons supported.

The Relief Support provides call-in or back-fill support to people supported. They assist with activities of daily living and work within the protocols of the location. They work with other employees on shift to provide supports and services to people. Working within Karis Disability Services Service Principles, the Relief Support considers each person’s intrinsic value.
