The Registered Practical Nurse will provide direct care and support to senior clients, including medication administration and health monitoring. They will also collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Candidates must hold a current RPN license in Ontario and possess strong skills in patient care and health assessment. Experience in senior care and relevant certifications like CPR/First Aid are required or considered an asset.
This is a community based role for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) located in London, ON. The RPN will be responsible for providing care and support to senior clients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and supporting daily living activities. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients' well-being and addressing any changes in their condition promptly and effectively. The RPN will contribute to creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for all clients.
