The Registered Practical Nurse will provide direct care and support to senior clients, including the development of individualized care plans and medication administration. Candidates must hold a current RPN license in Ontario and possess competency in nursing practices, health assessments, and medication administration. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care are essential for this role.
This is a community based role for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) located in Sarnia, ON. The RPN will be responsible for providing care and support to senior clients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and supporting daily living activities. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients' well-being and addressing any changes in their condition promptly and effectively. The RPN will contribute to creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for all clients.
