The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of clients requiring therapy interventions. This includes establishing treatment goals, maintaining clinical records, and collaborating with health teams to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. A preference for three years of experience, including in-home assessments and medical/legal report writing, is indicated.
The Occupational Therapist, under the direction of the Director Therapy & Rehab, Manager of Rehab, or designate, is responsible for completion of professional activities that include: assessment, treatment, education, and management of clients requiring Occupational Therapy intervention, in accordance with professional standards.
