This role involves providing continuing care services within the East Wing of the LTC Nursing Unit at Sunset Special Care Home. Applicants must be prepared to work 8-hour shifts across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays, covering a Tuesday-Sunday or Thursday-Monday availability pattern.
Candidates must possess a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) and demonstrate strong organizational, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and Food Safe certificate may be required depending on the assignment.
