Complete initial comprehensive clinical assessments for high-risk and complex children, youth, and families. Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans. Develop comprehensive clinical formulations and individualized treatment plans with input from collateral sources and the multidisciplinary team. Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices with ongoing monitoring of outcomes. Modify treatment approaches as clients’ status changes. Use commitment strategies to support therapeutic engagement while assessing readiness and stage of change. Support youth in developing and sustaining pro-social self-regulation of mental health symptoms and related behaviors. Self-monitor and complete progress/contact notes aligned with treatment goals and policy. Liaise with internal and external collaterals and participate in interagency/team meetings. Work in both office-based and community-based settings as required. Work some evenings per week based on client needs
