$45 - $56 / HOUR
Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and referral coordination for children and youth in acute crisis. Conduct therapeutic counseling and collaborate with hospital and community personnel to ensure a continuum of care.
Requires a Master's Degree in a social or health sciences program and two years of related experience in adolescent crisis intervention. Must be eligible for professional registration and possess a valid BC Driver's License with a personal vehicle.

Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose, and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families, the Clinician, Child and Youth Transition Team provides comprehensive assessment, treatment and referral coordination for children and youth ages 6-18 years of age and their families in acute crisis, educates and consults with hospital and community personnel, networks with community agencies, participates in research and assists in program and resource development.
Education, Training & Experience Master's Degree in an applicable social or health sciences program such as Counseling Psychology. Two (2) years of recent, related experience in adolescent crisis intervention in a mental health setting or hospital emergency department, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Eligible for registration with relevant professional association. Valid BC Driver's License and access to personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
