The Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to address the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of clients. They are responsible for the overall nursing assessment and delivery of care within the community.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing diploma and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Registration or eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK is required.

Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.
