• Current authorization Methadone for pain management and therapeutics for OUD
• Ability to maintain current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with CRNS
• Registered/eligible for registration with CRNS as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Other Information
• Two (2) years recent Surgical nursing experience would be an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Two (2) years recent Peri Anesthesia nursing experience would be an asset
• Canadian Nursing Association Certification in clinical practice area is an asset
• Two (2) years recent Perioperative nursing experience would be an asset
