The Registered Nurse (RN) provides culturally safe, client-centered home care, with a focus on cultural care planning, inclusion of traditional practices, and holistic support for First Nation, Métis and Inuit clients and families. The RN works collaboratively with clients, families, communities, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure care respects cultural values, promotes wellness, and strengthens connections to community supports and traditional healing practices. The position works collaboratively with clients, families, communities, and interdisciplinary care teams to promote holistic health, dignity, and continuity of care.
