The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating the total care needs of patients, residents, and clients. They must coordinate with facility departments, families, and professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with the ability to maintain professional competence through continuous education. The role requires a commitment to high standards of care, ethics, and collaborative decision-making.
