The incumbent provides clinical addiction services to adults and youth to restore and enhance recovery from substance use problems. Responsibilities include implementing recovery therapies, conducting individual and group counselling, and developing community resources.
The candidate must be able to implement various modalities of addiction recovery therapies and develop treatment plans. They should be capable of delivering informational programming and promoting healthy lifestyles within the community.
Operates with the highest possible standards of care, ethics and values, and promotes collaborative decision-making, enabling staff to perform their jobs to the fullest with responsibility, accountability and authority. As our most valuable resource, staff are supported through various programs to assist them in their new role, including Mentorship, now available to all employees.
