$2/hour shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts OR three 12-hour shifts
Days, evenings, and overnight opportunities available

Responsibilities
Triage and assess emergency patients presenting with shock, trauma, toxicity, acute illness, and other critical conditions
Perform and document patient evaluations and treatments
Assist with advanced procedures including thoracentesis, ultrasound procedures, central line placement, epidurals, and other specialized treatments
Provide exceptional nursing care for hospitalized and outpatient cases
Perform patient monitoring, TPRs, catheter placement and maintenance, wound care, and rehabilitation support

Qualifications
Graduate of an OAVT-accredited Veterinary Technician program
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred, or eligible to obtain registration
Passed or currently preparing to write the VTNE
OAVT membership in good standing
Interest in emergency and critical care medicine
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to patient care, client service, respect, and accountability
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
