Conduct quality assurance audits of the medication management system in long-term care (LTC) and retirement homes (RH).
Communicate audit results with clients and develop action plans for improvement and compliance.
Maintain ongoing communication with nurses, Directors of Care in LTC, and Wellness Managers in RH facilities regarding medication management systems, improvement, and compliance.
Provide educational support to unregulated care providers (UCP) in RH facilities.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
