The Resident Engagement Worker ensures the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents in a permanent supportive housing program. They facilitate daily living skills, manage resident interactions, and collaborate with support networks to foster community and housing stability.
Candidates must hold a diploma or undergraduate degree in a related field and possess at least one year of experience working with marginalized individuals. Strong administrative, communication, and crisis management skills are required to support residents effectively.

Permanent Supportive Housing at The Mustard Seed provides a safe and supportive environment to all residents. Reporting to the Resident Program Supervisor, the Resident Engagement Worker is responsible to ensure the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of the residents in our Permanent Supportive Housing program and work collaboratively with their support systems to encourage resident independence, community engagement and housing stability.
