The incumbent supports clients in developing healthy daily routines and independence through coaching in personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. They also assist clients in accessing community activities and collaborate with clinical leads to adjust recovery strategies.
A certificate in Personal Support Worker (PSW) is required, while a Social Service Worker Diploma or Food Handlers Course is considered an asset. Candidates must possess a valid Ontario driver's license, access to a vehicle, and preference is given to bilingual candidates.

A minimum requirement of a certificate in Personal Support Worker (PSW) college program from a recognized post-secondary institution; a post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline or a Social Service Worker Diploma would be considered an asset Completion of the Food Handlers Course would be an asset. 28 hours/week. Flexible hours are required to meet the position requirements.
Commensurate with experience within the range: $22.68 - $27.59 per hour , inclusive of HOOPP
