Direct Support Professional employees assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities while building communities that value their contributions. They work collaboratively with various partners to promote full citizenship and enhance relationships, encouraging continuous growth.
Candidates must possess a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check, a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 or Novice 2 driver's license, and access to reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include 3-6 months of related experience or post-secondary education in fields like Developmental Services or Child and Youth Work.
