Assist clients in setting goals and developing plans to minimize harms associated with substance use and other problematic dependencies and to support goals related to capacity to develop and work toward identified outcomes.. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (clinical counsellors, peer support workers, and other support services) to provide wraparound substance use and mental health care in a client-centered, team-based approach.. Practice psychotherapy and psychoeducation creatively in individual, group, and community settings to enhance outreach and reach affected populations..
