Perform intake, screening, and assessment to support children and families in accessing community resources. Maintain accurate case notes and collaborate with community partners to promote service visibility in rural areas.
Requires a post-secondary diploma in human services and at least one year of frontline or community navigation experience. Must possess a Class 5 driver's license, First Aid Level C, and specific suicide intervention and de-escalation training.
The FRN (Family Resource Network) is funded through the Childcare and Early Intervention Delivery Branch of The Ministry of Children and Family Services and has been created to provide Alberta families, with children aged 0-18 and youth up to age 24 with evidence based and informed services. The services offered by the FRN will include child development, well-being support, caregiver capacity building support, and social connections and support.
$23.46/hr. - $27.42/hr. Plus, Travel reimbursed at $0.57/KM.
