Provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy to youth aged 12-24 in both individual and group settings. Develop individualized intervention strategies and assist youth in accessing essential community resources such as housing, healthcare, and employment.
Requires a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Services and at least one year of frontline experience. Must possess a Class 5 driver's license, First Aid Level C, and clear criminal record checks including the vulnerable sector.
The FRN (Family Resource Network) is funded through the Childcare and Early Intervention Delivery Branch of The Ministry of Children and Family Services and has been created to provide Alberta families, with children aged 0-18 and youth up to age 24 with evidence based and informed services. The services offered by the FRN will include child development, well-being support, caregiver capacity building support, and social connections and support.
$25.84/hr. - $30.20/hr. Plus, Travel reimbursed at $0.57/KM.
