The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patients with functional impairments and co-creating goal-oriented treatment plans to improve daily living activities. They collaborate with interprofessional teams and provide clinical supervision and education to support patient reintegration into the community.
Candidates must be registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapy of Ontario and possess experience treating medically complex, orthopedic, and neurogenic patients. Certification in FIM and MoCA is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Site: THP-UHN RCC 82 Buttonwood Ave Toronto, Mississauga Site, Queensway Health Centre and 200 Jane Street Toronto
8H days M-F with rotational work on weekends and statutory holidays as operational needs require (0800-1600H but may consider flexibility for start and end times)

*This part-time Occupational Therapist will cross cover 5C Rehab, UHN RCC, Humber RCC, Moir CCC, McCall Centre and potentially other areas of the transition and rehab services.
