The Dietitian provides consultative, counseling, and educational services to individuals and community groups to improve regional nutritional status. They are responsible for formulating and monitoring nutritional care plans for hospital patients and community members.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, completion of an approved practicum, and Registered Dietitian (RD) status. A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and a valid Class 5 driver's license are required.

She/he is also responsible for clinical nutrition assessment and intervention including formulating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating nutritional care plans for those in hospital and within North East 1&2.
