Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Mindimooyenh Clinic to ensure efficient operations. Act as the primary liaison between community members and the clinic team while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requires a post-secondary diploma in Medical Office Administration or a related field and at least three years of administrative experience in healthcare. Must possess a valid Ontario G Class Driver's License and a current vulnerable sector criminal records check.

The Medical Secretary will provide medical administrative support to the Mindimooyenh Clinic in Thunder Bay. This position has a primary focus on providing excellent, comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the clinic team, while ensuring efficient operations. The Medical Secretary will act as the primary liaison between community members and clinic team, prioritizing confidentiality, accuracy in record-keeping, and community centered service.

The full salary range for this role is $56,400 - $69,405 ONWA conducts annual performance reviews, and employees may be eligible for salary adjustments based on performance outcomes and available funding.
