The Ska-Be Worker provides holistic services to Indigenous women and families, focusing on medical transportation, brief services, and life enrichment. The role utilizes a cultural, trauma-informed, and gender-based approach to support community members.
Requires a Grade 12 diploma and two years of experience in an Indigenous community setting. Candidates must possess a valid Ontario 'G' driver's license, a vulnerable sector criminal records check, and current First Aid/CPR certification.

Reporting to the Community Services Manager of Health Programs the Ska-Be Worker will provide wholistic services within the Ska-Be program to meet the needs of Indigenous women and their families through a range of services focusing on medical transportation, brief services, life enrichment services while following a cultural, trauma-informed, gender based and family centered approach.

The full salary range for this role is $43,700 - $53,497.60. ONWA conducts annual performance reviews, and employees may be eligible for salary adjustments based on performance outcomes and available funding.
