Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing, along with active professional registration. A minimum of two years of clinical practice in child and family mental health or youth addictions is required.

Reporting to the Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Therapist collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical services, including treatment planning, interventions, and discharge transitions for children, youth, and families. Adhering to ethical and practice standards, the therapist applies evidence-informed practices and fosters relationships with community partners to ensure effective care.
