The Guest Attendant assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence, dignity, and autonomy. They work as part of a nursing team to deliver high-quality, personalized care and build meaningful relationships with seniors.
Candidates should possess a passion for people, respect for seniors, and a genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. A desire to learn and a commitment to treating residents with trust and respect are essential.
The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner. As a member of the nursing team, they support and encourage the residents to build self-esteem, promote independence and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
