Develops and implements in-home nursing services while coordinating with a team of healthcare providers and community stakeholders. Responsible for patient charting using the Tellus system and preparing reports for the Director of Nursing and Health Canada.
Requires a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and at least 2 years of community nursing experience. Advanced Foot Care certification is required, and knowledge of remote First Nation cultures is highly valued.
