Responsible for obtaining quality blood samples and other specimens from patients to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Duties include performing routine laboratory procedures, maintaining accurate records, and conducting equipment calibrations.
Requires graduation from a Laboratory Technician program or equivalent experience, with specific expertise in phlebotomy. Candidates must pass a Criminal Records Check, including Vulnerable Sector, Child Abuse, and Adult Abuse registries.
