Responsible for obtaining quality blood samples and other specimens from patients while conducting various patient tests. Duties include performing routine laboratory procedures, maintaining accurate records, and conducting equipment calibrations.
Requires graduation from a Laboratory Technician program or equivalent experience, with phlebotomy skills and knowledge of medical terminology. Candidates must pass a Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
