The Residential Care Worker supports individuals with intellectual disabilities by implementing person-centered care plans and facilitating community inclusion. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must hold a Health Care Aide certification or equivalent and possess at least six months of relevant experience. Additional requirements include a valid Class 5 driver's license, First Aid/CPR certification, and Food Safe Level 1.
