Determine nutritional needs for pediatric and adult patients to implement and evaluate therapeutic meal plans. Maintain professional client records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Must be a Registered Dietitian in good standing with the provincial regulatory college (e.g., College of Dietitians of Ontario). Requires current First Aid/CPR certification and a clear Vulnerable Position Screening.
As a Registered Dietitian, you are uniquely trained to translate scientific, medical and nutrition information into practical healthy meal plans for patients and their families. Client groups receiving your treatment may include Pediatrics for in home or school services and/or Adults with medical/health concerns. Care will take place within a residential or institutional setting with referrals generated by a variety of sources including government agencies, employers, insurance companies or private payees. What you bring: Registration/licensing with provincial regulatory college in good standing College of Dietitians in Ontario) Experience with pediatric clients considered an asset.
