This role supports the clinical nursing team by managing MDS assessment scheduling, handling medication orders, and processing laboratory, radiology, and dietary requisitions. Key duties also involve client chart management, administrative support for client movements, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, physicians, and visitors.
Candidates must possess a Unit Clerk certificate and demonstrate intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, requiring high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role, which often involves working with minimal supervision.
