The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They actively participate in a model of care that integrates quality improvement principles and patient-centered care.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an acceptable nursing diploma. They must also be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan and the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Saskatchewan.
