Deliver daily resident programming, therapy, spiritual and other support services in accordance with County policies and applicable legislation. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident programming based on best practices across five domains to meet individual resident needs. Complete resident admission assessments and care plans quarterly, annually, and as required; complete attendance statistics daily; complete documentation and attend ad hoc meetings as required.
