Requires current registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Must have First Aid/CPR certification and a clear Vulnerable Sector Screening.

What You’ll Do Provide in-home or school-based assessments to determine the needs and abilities of individuals. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and equipment vendors to facilitate function and enhance quality of life. Analyze environmental factors—physical, cultural, social, and institutional—that impact occupational performance. Develop and adjust client-centered plans in partnership with clients and other professionals. Use evidence-based problem-solving and judgment to address unique client needs. Build rapport with clients and their families, ensuring trust and mutual understanding in the services provided. Maintain professional and accurate client records in compliance with ParaMed’s policies and regulatory standards. What You’ll Bring Current registration (in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists. Open to new graduates with active licensure. ADP authorization is an asset. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and client-focused communication skills. Knowledge of community resources to support clients and families. Current First Aid and CPR certification (within the last 12 months). Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS).
