The Bridge Youth & Family Services requires a Part-Time Program Facilitator to ensure the physical, emotional, social needs of adult participants at Bridgeway.
Program Facilitator(s) provides assessment, treatment planning and implementation for participants of the program.
Delivers psycho-educational workshops and teaches mindfulness based relapse prevention and coping strategies.
Utilizes community resources to facilitate achievement of treatment goals and transition planning.
The position aids the participant in identifying and understanding personal issues and in establishing and achieving specific, attainable goals necessary to recovery.
Position: 20 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays
Candidates must hold a minimum undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Additionally, they require three years of experience working with addictions and mental health.
