The Bridge Youth & Family Services requires a Full Time Program Facilitator to ensure the physical, emotional, social needs of adult participants at Bridgeway Ethel house.
The Program Facilitator(s) provides assessment, treatment planning and implementation for participants of the program.
Delivers psycho-educational workshops and teaches mindfulness based relapse prevention and coping strategies.
Utilizes community resources to facilitate achievement of treatment goals and transition planning.
The position aids the participant in identifying and understanding personal issues and in establishing and achieving specific, attainable goals necessary to recovery.
Temporary 35 hours per week until return of incumbent.

Requires a minimum undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with 3 years of experience in addictions and mental health. Candidates must have experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a valid BC driver's license.
