Job Summary Provide assessment and therapeutic counselling to individuals, couples, families, and groups to support mental health and wellbeing.

Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments to determine client needs, strengths, and risk factors.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Provide individual, couples, family, and group counselling and specialized therapy sessions.
Perform crisis intervention and risk management, including safety planning and timely escalation when required.
Maintain accurate and timely client records, progress notes, and reports consistent with professional standards and confidentiality requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, community agencies, and other service providers to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in counselling, psychology, social work, or a related therapeutic discipline. Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counselling or specialized therapies in a health or community setting. Eligibility for registration or membership with an appropriate provincial regulatory or professional body where applicable. Training or demonstrated competence in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (for example cognitive-behavioural, trauma-informed, or family therapy modalities). Current and satisfactory vulnerable sector/criminal record check as required for work with vulnerable populations. Proficiency in maintaining electronic client records, strong written documentation skills, and effective verbal communication.
