Job Description

Reporting to East Administrative Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the program which includes reception duties (greeting clients, setting up for meeting and answering a multi line phone system), monitoring and maintaining client files (scanning, copying, preparing materials, data entry). The Administrative Assistant position is covered by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Local 2860.

Salary

  • Level I:$24.61;
  • Level II: $25.82:

  • SKILLS:
  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar role.
