Prepare meals and snacks according to the meal plan.
Use the Catalyst system to assist with medications on time per Excel Society policies and procedures, including checking/receiving medications that arrive while on shift.
Perform general household duties and maintenance (cleaning, vacuuming, laundry) and outside maintenance (shovelling snow, cutting grass, gardening).
Maintain and update required documentation such as scorecards and medical records.
Assist clients with hygiene and personal care.
Provide emotional support and use de-escalation techniques.
Support clients in maintaining appointments, activities, or programs.
Monitor clients' wellbeing and physical/mental condition and report concerns to the supervisor; accompany clients to appointments as necessary.
