Provide emotional, social, and practical support to clients using personal lived experience with mental illness, addiction, or homelessness. Collaborate within an inter-disciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team to deliver wrap-around recovery services and assist with daily living tasks.
Must have personal lived experience with sustained recovery from mental illness, addictions, or homelessness and a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle. Requires experience in community mental health, outreach, or Housing First models and knowledge of harm reduction principles.

o Working with people with complex co-occurring serious mental illness, addiction and medical issues.
o Client centered, strength-based recovery treatments/rehabilitation strategies.
o Housing First/Pathway to Housing models.
o Harm Reduction philosophy; and
