Pay Band Mental Health Therapist - Staff $35.546 to $43.466
Travel Required: Yes
Provides ongoing mental health and psychosocial client services. Services delivered include screening and assessing client needs and determining relevant treatment plans. Initiates or participates in community development initiatives, participating in PHC initiatives evaluation within site. Promotes quality health care outcomes working within established standards of practice to ensure that clients receive a high standard of primary health care. Successful candidate with a home base other than Sandy Bay will be considered. Flexible option for two week in two week out work schedule is available. Costs for time, travel, accommodations, other expenses will be paid by employer. Recruitment incentive of $7500 will be available for eligible successful candidate.
