The LPN is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident care while supervising team members under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Key duties include administering medications, managing admissions and discharges, and ensuring adherence to care center protocols.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN school with current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta. Required certifications include oral medication administration, physical assessment, and RAI/MDS competency.
The successful applicant for this job posting must provide satisfactory proof, or have such proof on file, that they have received the COVID-19 vaccination and any required COVID-19 booster vaccination to be considered “up to date” vaccinated.
