Maintain accurate, organized, and timely claim file documentation in accordance with company standards.
Provide high-quality customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and providing regular claim updates.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices within casualty claims management

Requirements summary

Minimum of three (3) years of experience handling auto, casualty or liability claims.
Post-secondary education and/or CIP designation considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of liability principles, claims reserving, and policy interpretation.
Ability to analyze and interpret legislation, contractual language, and case law.
Experience managing litigated files and working with defence counsel is an asset (training available).
Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Professional judgment, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

<h1>Opportunity</h1> Millennium Insurance is seeking a Casualty Adjuster who will independently manage and resolve Automobile Liability claims, Commercial General Liability, and Professional Liability, ensuring fair, timely, and accurate outcomes in accordance with policy wording, legislation, and industry best practices.
