The Mental Health Therapist works within an interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain therapy programs for both inpatients and outpatients. They are responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying programming to meet client needs.
A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Education, or Chemical Dependency is required. Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and be registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body.

The staff Mental Health Therapist is part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for the development and maintenance of the Therapy Program for in and out patients. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
