Locations
Provide emotional, personal, and physical support to clients in community settings to foster independence and community engagement. Develop and implement mutually agreed intervention plans addressing housing, health, and employment goals.
Requires a post-secondary background in Social Services, Criminology, or Psychology and a valid BC class 5 driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Must meet Canada Summer Grant eligibility and pass a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check.
Meet all the eligibility requirements as set out by the Canada Summer Grant program Valid BC class 5 driver’s license Personal transportation in good repair, insured for business up to $1,000,000 for liability, and suitable for client transport Permanent Residency or Canadian Citizenship Successful completion of a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check/Enhanced Security Clearance and reference checks Current WorkSafe Approved First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) COMPENSATION Compensation for this position will be $25.95.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada, observe their weekly hours limit if under a temporary or study visa, and provide proof of eligibility if selected for the role.
