Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, and the promotion of independence, dignity, and safety. Provide clerical and environmental support to service staff within an inter-disciplinary mental health team.
Requires a Health Care Aid or Personal Support Worker Certificate from an approved program and current CPR and First Aid certifications. Preferred experience is 1 to 2 years with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Personal Support Worker in our MASTRS/OASIS program (Mood, Anxiety, Substance Treatment and Recovery Service/Older Adult Assessment and Stabilization Integrated Service), you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. This job posting is for an existing vacant position within the organization. The starting rate of pay (Step 1) for this position is $25.55 hourly , in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Progression through the wage steps is governed by the terms of the collective agreement.
